Delighted to get the physical build started with a new project in London. 4,000 square feet to include 2 x operating theatres, 1 x minor ops and 4 x consulting rooms. Fabulous venue in a superb area. This project has been almost a year in the planning so we are so excited to get stated for the client.
This facility will give our client the autonomy, control and ability to build his practice and expand into other areas without the restrictions he currently experiences in the hospitals where he operates. The facility will also include other specialities that compliment his own very well. This helps to spread the risk and increase the usage and throughput.
