Our collective involvement in private healthcare spans 50 years. Predominantly in the self pay aesthetic industry, our team has built an unrivalled amount of contacts, networks and experience. 
We can take your clinic from idea to reality. From concept to actual. We handle all elements from the planning to financing, from the building to launch! 
Our job is to initially ensure the viability of your project. Once that is established we can assist in financial planning, layout planning and the regulatory challenges.

Gary's goal is to ensure you are delighted with your project. he can also introduce additional services such as insurance, finance for patients and marketing.

Annette sources and negotiates the contracts for your clinic. From waste to cleaning, IT to phone, Annette engages, specifies and completes the contracts you need for your venue. 
Additionally, Annette has huge experience in patient coordination, pathways and engagement so can also assist in the establishment of the internal patient management systems essential to your clinic.

Tan has been involved with the medical industry for 12 years. An experienced professional Tan brings a huge amount of managerial expertise, organisational ability and problem solving prowess to The Clinic Builders. Working with Gary as a project manager, Tan runs accounts and ensures the set up, planning and build go according to plan, budget and timeframe. 


Tan works nationally and has a win win approach to all the challenges we inevitably face in our day to day project management!! Having worked for several device and product manufacturers, Tan knows how to get the best deal for our clients.

I qualified as an RGN in 1988 and have spent the majority of my working life in theatre. The last 6 years were as theatre manager in the private sector.

I hold an anaesthetic qualification gained post registration, but have worked as a scrub and recovery practitioner too in the following specialities:

General, Gynea, plastics, max Fax, ENT, urology, dental and orthopaedics. 

I also have 6 years experience in medical sales selling aneasthetic consumable products throughout the North Thames East Anglia region
