Our collective involvement in private healthcare spans 50 years. Predominantly in the self pay aesthetic industry, our team has built an unrivalled amount of contacts, networks and experience. 
We can take your clinic from idea to reality. From concept to actual. We handle all elements from the planning to financing, from the building to launch! 
Our job is to initially ensure the viability of your project. Once that is established we can assist in financial planning, layout planning and the regulatory challenges. 
During the build we project manage the whole build and we source equipment through our network of preferred suppliers.




Strategic planning


Through detailed discussions, we establish your needs and the direction of the project. We advise on estimated costs and ensure the project is viable through detailed discussions on revenues, profit and expenditure. At this stage we would offer a business plan and cashflow to highlight the discussions.

Project management


Our role is to manage the whole project keeping you earning in your current practice. We work closely with the builders, contractors and suppliers to ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget and with the minimal disruption to your daily work all the time ensuring you are fully informed at every step of the way.

Equipment and contract sourcing


Think of every element of your current workplace; the equipment from swap to lights, the contracts from cleaning to clinical waste....we source all of that! It's a huge undertaking and through a network of trusted suppliers and manufacturers we ensure you get great value for money. We respect every decision of you, our client and we have a rule that we never spend a penny of client money without their sign off. This ensures you retain total control as to what is being sourced and at what cost.

Gary is in charge of the overall effectiveness of each project. With many years of experience, Gary has a huge network of contacts in the industry and ensures the project is viable from the outset, delivered on cost and on time. Gary's goal is to ensure you are delighted with your project. he can also introduce additional services such as insurance, finance for patients and marketing.



John has 20 years experience in healthcare and has worked with equipment manufacturers so has seen both sides of the supply chain! John is an expert at sourcing equipment through long established contacts and by negotiation ensures we get the best price for you for all your equipment. John supports Gary directly with the build and ensures that each piece of equipment arrives on time and on budget completely to the specification of the client.



Annette sources and negotiates the contracts for your clinic. From waste to cleaning, IT to phone, Annette engages, specifies and completes the contracts you need for your venue. 
Additionally, Annette has huge experience in patient coordination, pathways and engagement so can also assist in the establishment of the internal patient management systems essential to your clinic.

My Background in the industry started over 11 years ago when I was offered a role in Spain to set up a new Cosmetic Surgery clinic.

Within five years I had provided training for Surgeons and non-clinicians in most of Europe, Malaysia and the USA and worked with some incredible surgeons, maximizing their business profits and improving patient standards and outcomes.

When I returned to the UK almost six years ago, I continued to work providing consultancy    services to Aesthetic clinics in growing and developing their business.

I worked with Plastic surgeons who wanted to improve their clinical outcomes and assisted with any issues they were having within their team. Eventually I was offered a role with one of the largest providers in Cosmetic surgery as a regional manager.

 I worked with Motiva after this role ended and again loved the hands-on experience of working with surgeons and their teams, it was during this time that I met Gary Monaghan and we clicked immediately, we both have the same values, and our joint industry experience gives our clients a complete package of skill sets.  If we don’t have the answer, we know someone that will!
